Remove that account’s ability to log in to the Jamf Pro server using the the ?failover login page. Some roles may have a secondary account for elevated permissions.

Go to Jamf Pro Sign-on URL directly and initiate the login flow from there. Prevent that account from being able to edit the Single Sign On settings in Settings: System Settings. This will redirect to Jamf Pro Sign on URL where you can initiate the login flow.
